Our Conditions when you purchase a Gift Voucher or making a Booking
BREAK LOOSE Adventure specific and Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You can use your voucher towards ANY of the experiences found in our website and there is no rush to use them.
To redeem your BREAK LOOSE Voucher, please enter your voucher code in the ‘REDEEM’ TAB top right hand corner of our website staging-breakloose.kinsta.cloud, then complete our Booking Form. We prefer if you give us two weeks notice when booking an adventure. Available dates are indicated on the booking form or contact us to find our availability for your chosen experience.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed to purchase another Voucher.
Price increases and vouchers
Our prices are set by the tour operators who supply the individual experiences and therefore, if an experience has an increase in its price before a voucher is redeemed, the recipient will need to make up the difference between the vouchers value and the experience being booked. This difference can be paid for via Visa, MasterCard or Paypal and is done so during the checkout process.
Discontinuing an experience represented on a voucher
BREAK LOOSE reserves the right to discontinue any adventure experience for any reason we deem fit. Because our vouchers can be used with any of our many experiences you will be required to choose another experience from our catalogue. If the experience is no longer available, contact us with an alternative and we will issue you with a new redemption code.
Change of mind
We offer a 28 day refund on all vouchers purchased from BREAK LOOSE. Refunds are made back to the same purchaser. After 28 days our vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part however they are fully flexible and may be exchanged to be used towards another adventure experience.
Only one promotional code per person per transaction can be used.
Free standard postage is available for all vouchers. Please choose at the time of purchase if postage is required. You should allow 7 working days for the arrival of your voucher. We do not guarantee any vouchers posted and we use Australia Post for our delivery.
Your Acknowledgement of Risk and our Terms and Conditions for Booking an Adventure
BREAK LOOSE PUBLICATIONS (BREAK LOOSE) ABN 16 005 292 398 is a booking agent for companies that provide adventures to the public. BREAK LOOSE does not or is not the provider of these adventures.
You, the Participant unconditionally agrees to fully indemnify BREAK LOOSE and all its servants, agent’s, clients and employees against any injury, damage or accident that may be sustained by the Participant, whilst participating in adventures booked through BREAK LOOSE and also including adventures won as prizes.
The Participant warrants that he/she does not suffer from any Medical Condition and/or incapacity which may impair the Participants ability to participate in BREAK LOOSE’s adventures and further, that the Participant does not suffer from any Heart Condition, Epilepsy or other Medical Condition which may result in the Participant potentially placing himself/herself in a position of risk, by undertaking adventures booked through BREAK LOOSE.
We offer a 28 day full refund on all gift vouchers purchased.
NOTE: Monies refunded through PayPal are paid back to the customer by PayPal and the customer is bound by PaPal’s terms and conditions regarding payment timeframe.
Monies refunded via Stripe. Stripe state that they take between 5-10 days to process the refund. This is our of the control of BREAK LOOSE and the customer fully accepts this condition when a purchase is processed via Strip.
CANCELLATIONS or Failure to Show
- Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the adventure operator.
- In the case of short notice cancellations by you, you may lose your voucher/booking completely if the experience provider is unable to fill your space on the day.
- Our adventure operators have their own cancellation policies which you are bound to follow.
- If an adventure operator needs to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible in order to reschedule a convenient alternative date. BREAK LOOSE will not reimburse any travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred by you or any other person in the event of a cancellation.
- Any changes to your booking should be made directly with the Experience Provider. The Experience Provider may apply a Fee for any changes.
Failure to Show:
If you fail to show (for any reason) at the booked time, or on the booked day of your adventure, the adventure operator will be unable to provide a refund or credit.
BREAK LOOSE and its adventure operators reserve the right to cancel an adventure at any time in the event of adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, minimum numbers for an event not being met or other reasonable and unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, an alternative date may be arranged with the Participant or the purchaser may convert the adventure to an BREAK LOOSE VOUCHER or the purchaser may request a refund.
NO FEES are charged by BREAK LOOSE for any refund paid to the Participant should their Booking be cancelled by either BREAK LOOSE or the Experience Provider.
BREAK LOOSE will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage incurred or suffered by the participant during the adventure experience. The Participant pledges that no claim or legal action will be initiated by it against BREAK LOOSE, its clients, its agents, employees, instructors, and/or personnel, due to any costs incurred due to rescheduling a booking or due to any accident or injury sustained during the course of undertaking an adventure booked through BREAK LOOSE.
